Description

Abstract: The Precision Medicine Cohort, now known as the All Of Us Research Program, will be collecting electronic health record data from one million consented participants nationwide using the OMOP data model. Nationally, significant resources have previously been expended converting data into the PCORnet data model. To enable reuse of PCORnet investments, we developed a unique solution, which utilizes the PCORNet information model in i2b2 to transform directly into OMOP. We have transformed and validated test and production data at Partners Healthcare.

Learning Objective 1: After participating in this session, the learner should be better able to: Harmonize their i2b2 and PCORnet data sets with OMOP for AllOfUs.
