Abstract: Clinical decision support system (CDSS) user acceptability was assessed via repeated surveys over six years of implementation at several urban community pediatric clinics. Users reported increasing acceptance with both the function and usage of the system over time, and this improvement in satisfaction was related to both CDSS maturity and user experience.
Learning Objective 1: Evaluate user acceptance of clinical decision support systems
Learning Objective 2: Formulate an approach to improve user acceptance of clinical decision support systems
